We do not manufacture or physically inspect each item prior to shipment.
By purchasing through TrioSpins, you acknowledge that products may be shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses (which may be located outside the United States) and that TrioSpins acts as the retailer and facilitator of these transactions.
PRODUCTS AND REPRESENTATIONS
We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations, actual products may differ slightly from images shown.
All products, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities per customer or order.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to purchase. TrioSpins reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Orders are not considered accepted until you receive a confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, product availability, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will be refunded in full.
PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply to your region.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the full order amount.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after order confirmation.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days and shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse. Delivery times vary by destination and supplier, usually ranging from 10–25 business days.
Once a product leaves the supplier’s facility, TrioSpins cannot control carrier performance, customs clearance, or international transit times.
Delays due to courier, customs, or local import processes do not qualify for refunds.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because we operate through third-party suppliers, we can only offer returns and refunds in limited cases.
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective or damaged, or
- The item received is incorrect.
Proof (photo or video) is required for review.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund depending on supplier policy.
We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, sale items, or delayed deliveries.
