📦 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at triospins@gmail.com with photos or videos of the issue, and we’ll gladly help resolve it.

Because we operate through international partners and ship directly from our manufacturers, we currently do not accept change-of-mind or unwanted returns (for example, if you simply no longer want the product).

⚙️ Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement may be approved only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, broken, or defective
  • The item received is not the one ordered
  • Proof (photo or video) is provided within 30 days of delivery

If approved, we’ll send detailed return or replacement instructions (depending on supplier policy).
Do not send products back without first contacting us.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
For all other approved cases, shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer may be responsible for return postage (as determined by the supplier).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is confirmed or your issue verified, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Please note that banks or card issuers may take an additional few days to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at triospins@gmail.com.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted
  • Orders delayed due to shipping carrier or customs processing
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

🌍 International Orders

Because we partner with international manufacturers, slight variations in packaging or color may occur. These do not qualify as defects.
Orders to the European Union are covered under the 14-day withdrawal right, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
